How to order floor samples

Begin your journey by ordering a sample

When deciding on a new floor, product samples are a great way to get an idea of how your favourites on screen will look in your home. It is also a great way to feel the product’s unique texture.

Flooring for your home is a long-term investment, so you want to make sure you pick the right design for your space. Whether it complements your existing furniture, matches your colour scheme or changes in different light settings, these are all factors to consider during the decision process.

1. Log in or create an account
   Go to 'Login' and add your email and password if you're an existing customer, if not, click on 'Create an account'. You will then have to activate your account within 24 hours via a dedicated link sent to your email. Make sure to also check your 'junk' mail for an email from noreply@karndean.co.uk, click the provided link in the email and log in.


2. Start by browsing our range of products
   There are many ways to start your search for a Karndean product. Using our menu, you can browse by wood, stone, or abstract, or by format (gluedown, loose lay or rigid core).


3. Select a product and add to basket
   Click on any product images you like the look of and select ‘Free Swatch Sample' or 'Full Sized Sample'. Once added, you will notice your basket updates.
   
   
4. Checkout your samples
   Once you’re happy with your samples, click on your basket in the top right-hand corner and select ‘Checkout’. Fill in your contact and address details if only ordering free samples or go through the payment process if you're ordering any full-size samples. Once you complete the order, look out for your confirmtation email and wait for your samples to arrive at your door.
