Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Karndean International Ltd. (“Promoter”), with registered office at Crab Apple Way, Vale Park, Evesham WR11 1GP
Eligibility:
a. The competition is open to UK and ROI residents aged 18 or over.
b. Employees of Karndean, its affiliated companies, or their families are not eligible.
c. Orders must be placed through a Karndean authorised independent retailer (Inspire, Select, Partner retailers excluding Tapi, John Lewis and Online retailers)
Competition Period:
a. The competition opens on 07 September 2026 and closes on 10 December 2026.
b. Entries received after the closing date will not be valid.
How to Enter:
a. Customers or Retailers shall enter their Customers into the competition when they purchase a Karndean floor during the competition period using the digital form on the competition page available on Karndean.com. The entry will only be valid if an order number (SO) has been submitted which could be added by the retailer or requested from them after your purchase. You will be notified once your entry has been received once the entry form has been submitted to Karndean Designflooring.
b. Returned and cancelled orders cannot qualify as an entry to the competition.
Prizes:
a. Top Prize: Three winners will receive a refund of up to £3,000/3,500€ for their Karndean floor purchase, which may include installation costs. If the purchase and installation exceed £3,000, the winner will receive £3,000. If your purchase and installation is below £3,000 you will only receive the invoiced amount by your retailer.
b. Runner-Up Prizes: There are three runner-up prizes of a £100 / 150€ John Lewis voucher and a Karndean Cleaning Kit.
c. Runner-up prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winner Selection and Notification:
a. Top prize winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 29.10.2026, 26.11.2026 and 10.12.2026
Runner up prizes will be selected on 10.12.2026.
b. Winners will be contacted directly via Karndean using the contact details provided on the entry form.
c. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the draw, Karndean reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
d. Prizes will be dispatched before 24.12.2026 if winners have been confirmed.
Publicity:
By entering, winners agree to allow Karndean to use their name and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Data Protection:
a. Personal data collected for the competition will be used in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Promoter’s privacy policy.
b. Data will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting winners and for point 7 above.
General Conditions:
a. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time without notice.
b. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
c. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England, Wales and ROI.
