Van Gogh gluedown provides end-users with peace of mind that planks will permanently adhere to the subfloor, and you a higher level of designability by choosing the direction and pattern in which planks are laid. This format also allows for the addition of “design strips” to create an inlay border or shiplap effect.
Alternatively, Van Gogh rigid core is a floating floor that clicks and locks into place with its 5G® click-locking mechanism and without the use of adhesive. This format is our quietest to walk on; ideal for upper levels in multi-story structures or environments that require enhanced acoustic qualities. With this format, install teams can turn jobs quickly to meet aggressive project timelines.
By offering these 14 colours in both gluedown and rigid core, you can utilise either the designability of our glue down planks or speed of installation and acoustic qualities of our rigid core products, in multi-story applications, including hotel and multifamily settings, you could take advantage of both formats in different areas of the space. Use multiple gluedown products and lay patterns to create pathways that facilitate visitor or resident flow on the ground level or in common areas, and rigid core in upper levels to ensure acoustics are maximised.

Woods within the Van Gogh range have evolved over the years to meet market tastes while continuing to showcase enduring Karndean quality and performance. With its textured emboss and incredible replication of natural woods, Van Gogh continues to be a go-to range in the LVT sector. Popular favourites now available in rigid core include Spotted Gum, Birch, Oak and Reclaimed timbers.
Like Korlok rigid core products, Van Gogh rigid core planks feature our proprietary, 100% waterproof K-Core technology for a quick installation over most existing hard floors, saving significant subfloor preparation, install time and labour; and keeping project costs down.
Van Gogh rigid core also features an acoustic foam backing that does not promote the growth of mold, mildew and bacteria. Unlike cork backings, this layer will not flake apart on the job site. These planks are secured in place with a patented and proven 5G® click-locking mechanism.
Both formats are finished with K-Guard+ surface protection, which uses polyurethane technology to provide a hygienic and durable surface. Van Gogh planks are sized 1220mm X 180mm and feature a 0.5mm wear layer suitable for commercial applications and are backed by a 15-year commercial warranty.
