Inspired by the classic structure and timeless appeal of limestone, Drift reproduces the grain and fossilisation of the natural stone in a far darker palette. Grays and blacks combine to create a softer alternative to single tone dark stone floors.
The wide bevels of Da Vinci emphasise the rectangular shape of these tiles as the light falls across them. Grout strips can be added to introduce a more traditional tile look with dark colored strips adding subtle separation or light colored strips adding contrast.

Laying Patterns can be defined as the arrangement of your planks or tiles on your floor and they allow you to add your own personal stamp on your design to define your space. View our Laying Patterns Page to see the various options and to get ideas for your project.
Karndean Designflooring has a wide range of personalisation options to help you achieve a unique look for your room. Why not try a design strip between wood effect planks for a different effect or to replicate the gaps between real wood floor boards?
You can also use design strips as borders around the edge of your room or around a key feature such as a fireplace or kitchen island unit. Thinner 3mm and 5mm strips can be used as keyline borders or in combination with wider 10mm, 30mm or 76mm widths to form a tramline design.
Design and feature strips that can be combined with this floor are shown below. Strips can also be requested as samples. To order a sample, simply click 'Add To Basket' next to the strip you like.
