Available in a large rectangular shape and modern look of sealed concrete, Colorado LooseLay floor tiles are ideal for installation over most existing hard floors with little or no need for adhesive, meaning reduced installation cost.
Supplied in 24" x 19.7" tiles with a 20 mil wear layer, Karndean LooseLay is perfect for retail flooring and raised access floors. Karndean LooseLay commercial warranty of 15 years.
Karndean LooseLay Flooring Range
Karndean LooseLay is an innovative format of luxury vinyl flooring that's quick and easy to install. Featuring enhanced acoustic properties and excellent environmental credentials, Karndean LooseLay is perfect for both residential and commercial environments.
Karndean LooseLay has a 20 mil (0.55mm) wear layer and 0.18" (4.5mm) thickness. The wood planks come in a large 41.3" x 9.85" (1050mm x 250mm) format and the stone effect floor tiles are 19.7" x 24" (610mm x 50mm).
