We take great pride in how our products look, making sure that they are as close to the natural material they are replicating. We use a number of manufacturing techniques to do this which include:
- Embossing
- Bevelling
- High quality print
- Random cutting
All this means that we are able to produce a range of commercial flooring products of the highest aesthetic quality. Our Art Select range is the pinnacle of this, resulting in our most realistic and beautiful products.
Durable and Easy to Maintain
Our products are very durable. For commercial flooring installations our warranty ranges from 10 to 20 years. This means that you can be confident that the products you install will look great for the duration of their life.
Not only this but keeping the floor clean and making sure it is maintained is very straight-forward. For most commercial use the daily use of our Routine Cleaner, or a suitable pH neutral cleaner will keep the floor in excellent condition. For areas which take more of a punishment, including bars and night clubs, the use of our Basic Stripper is recommended.
Every so often the floor may need to be re-sealed. Unlike timber floors which would need sanding, or sealing natural stone which takes hours to dry, Karndean Designflooring is simple. Installation
Installation should always be done by an experience and professional flooring contractor. Installation is swifter than many other natural materials. It is also more versatile.
Due to the fact that the thicknesses of the products are very similar, between 2 and 3mm, mixing wood and stone is easy. In refurbishment work you can also benefit from not having to complete extensive remedial work on door frames. See our Flooring Installation pages for more information.
