The weekend is here already! Is it just me or has this week gone really fast?! I’m off to York for the day tomorrow as one of Ruby’s belated birthday presents 😊 looking forward to a girly day out! We lived in York for a short time 4 years ago and I haven’t been back since so it will be nice to have a wander round the city centre again, such a beautiful place 💕 • #kitchen #kitchendesign #kitchendecor #karndean #tiles #metrotiles #greygrout #howdens #interior4inspo #mynordicroom #actualinstagramhomes #countrykitchen #shakerkitchen #york

Bang on trend for summer 2019, the light shades found in this modern kitchen space seamlessly complement the room’s colour palette and the combination of light oak, pale tones and white kitchen appliances really tie the room together perfectly.
If you're looking to achieve a similar extra large tile, why not consider our Opus collection?
• Wedding anniversary • 9 years!!! I can’t quite believe it’s been that long but he’s learnt something over this time in that that I buy him cards that can be framed or look good for an insta pic!! 😆🙋🏼♀️💙 . . Happy 9 years to the man who is always rolling his eyes at my photo taking and forever tearing his (not so existent) hair out at the amount of faffing and rearranging of furniture I do!! 💙 . . #weddinganniversary #nineyears #cards #anniversarycards #wallart #lovemyfloor #karndean #karndeanflooring #herringbone #parquet #shopsmall #shopindependent #instafind #bracelets #fwis #tassels #queenbeecollective

Similarly, this home also keeps in line with the neutral colour scheme, however, @becshomestyle has incorporated our ever so stylish parquet design. The combination of pale oak and parquet styling can offer a modern twist and widen rooms to create a beautiful and unique space.
The family bathroom transformation I think it’s quite a difference from the 1980s design that was here when we bought the cottage. It’s a great space, I used horizontal panelling in here painted in @farrowandball Strong White , marble tiles from @mandarinstoneofficial flooring from @karndean_uk . A vintage mahogany unit was adapted for the sink. We added a roll top bath too! I love it , I hope guests do too! Paint a gift from @farrowandball for this project . #interiordesign #interiordesignnorfolk #holidaycottagerenovation

Another fine example of parquet design can be seen in this bathroom renovation. Originally a dated 1980s style, this room has undergone a complete transformation and now offers a modern, rustic family bathroom.
New pretty white television in the hallway for our CCTV! This is so necessary this day in age! So scary with all the trouble about! We are watching!!! . . . In addition to the beige and neutral tones, grey is also a popular colour when it comes to renovating or designing your home, and the room-to-room design shown above demonstrates why it is such a well-loved trend. The hallway and kitchen seamlessly intertwine while maintaining a cool and crisp look throughout the downstairs of the home.
This stunning large bright open plan kitchen space we created in a family home in Cheltenham demonstrates a subtle blend of styles, with modern kitchen cabinets in metallic hues, natural brass fittings and pops of pastel colours picked out from the beautiful Dark Floral II wallpaper from @elliecashmandesign which we used as a bold feature at one end of the dining area. We especially love the use of the interwoven materials in the floor from @karndean_uk in contrasting traditional limestone and wood finishes.

Finally, we have one of our favourite statement floors, combining two colourways - Fiore and Honey Oak - in a bespoke geometric hexagon and long plank design. Why not explore our Kaleidoscope collection for something totally different?
