Our US corporate headquarters, located in the PIttsburgh suburb of Export, Pa. has been named a “Top Workplace” for the 11th consecutive year by The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

The company’s corporate headquarters houses office personnel, warehouse and production department employees, a distribution center, and a showroom that is open to the public weekdays from 9am to 4pm ET. Currently, Karndean Designflooring employs 84 full-time employees at the Pittsburgh location and 185 full-time employees nationwide. The company has two other US-based offices and distribution centers in Fort Worth and Las Vegas.
The annual Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey, administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of company culture, including alignment, execution and connection; in addition to benefits, pay and flexibility.
