Karndean LooseLay Flooring Range
Karndean LooseLay is an innovative format of luxury vinyl flooring that's quick and easy to install. Featuring enhanced acoustic properties and excellent environmental credentials, Karndean LooseLay is perfect for both residential and commercial environments.
Karndean LooseLay has a 0.5mm wear layer and 4.5mm thickness. The wood planks come in a large 1050mm x 250mm format and the stone effect floor tiles are 610mm x 500mm.
Karndean LooseLay Commercial Warranty
The Karndean LooseLay range has a 15 year commercial warranty. If using in the house build sector or other residential environments, Karndean LooseLay's warranty rises to lifetime.

Cleaning and Maintenance of your Karndean Floor
Karndean Designflooring is easy and cost effective to clean and maintain. Regular mopping using 100% biodegradable surfactants is all that’s required to keep surfaces free of dirt and grime.
LVT is resistant to non-corrosive liquids and staining and resists moisture and temperature variations, resulting in no shrinkage, expanding or curling. Karndean’s grout effect design strips don’t discolour, unlike ceramic tile grout. Should any part of the floor become damaged, the individual tile and plank format facilitates quick replacement of individual damaged tiles and wood planks.

Auburn Oak is our most traditional parquet colour and gives you the versatility to lay in a number of different patterns to suit your project. Supplied in 228mm x 76mm planks, it is also available in a larger plank 1219 x 178mm format (Summer Oak) so you can mix and match for a really unique space. All our Art Select woods have a 0.7mm wear layer for the ultimate in durability and versatility.
