We are thrilled to share that two of our product ranges have recently been named as finalists in awards programs by two renowned bodies in commercial interiors, Hospitality Design magazine and Architizer.
Hospitality Design Awards: Opus Iberian designs
Part of our 20mil Opus gluedown range and inspired by the artistic beauty of traditional Moroccan architecture brought to the Iberian Peninsula during the 8th century, our Iberian pattern combines geometric forms in a non-uniform patchwork arrangement that incorporates curves and crests influenced by medieval Spain. Casablanca SP219 shows off this design in a classic monochromatic palette of grays, while Marrakesh SP220 has a mix of chalky, terra color tones for a playful look.

These 18” x 24” luxury vinyl tiles allow for the incorporation of pattern in flooring design in a waterproof and easy to install format. Equipped with a 20mil wear layer, this product is well-suited for a variety of hospitality applications, from restaurants or hotel bars to lobbies to elevator bays. When used with other colors from the same product range, requires no transitions. These tiles can be individually replaced without disturbing the surrounding pieces, should one become damaged. This product is backed by a 15-year commercial warranty.
The HD Awards, presented by Hospitality Design magazine, celebrates the best of the best in projects and products, and honors the creative teams behind them. This year’s jury-selected winners were announced during a ceremony in New York, and all winners and finalists were showcased in the magazine’s September issue.
Architizer A+: Korlok Select Stones with InteGrout™
Our Korlok Select Stones with InteGrout™ products have been named as a finalist in the 2021 Architizer A+ Award program’s “Hard Surfacing, Tile and Stone – NEW!” category.
Introduced in fall 2020, the Korlok Select stones are inspired by antique French cotta, Calacatta marble, slate, limestone and include Moorish stenciled tiles. The Calacatta marble visuals are available in two sizes: 18” x 24” tiles and a 6” x 24” herringbone format, allowing architects and designers to scale the visual to the size of a space.
Color-coordinated InteGrout™ is seamlessly attached to most visuals, eliminating the grouting process entirely. Unlike typical textured grout, smooth and nonporous InteGrout™ will not harbor dirt and bacteria, will not crack with seasonal temperature fluctuations and can be maintained with a pH neutral cleaner.
