Karndean International’s New LooseLay Flooring Wins Best of NeoCon Innovation Award

(Export, PA) Karndean Designflooring’s new LooseLay flooring, a breakthrough entry into the resilient flooring marketplace, was recognized with a Best of NeoCon Innovation Award at NeoCon World’s Trade Fair, held from June 13th through 15th at the Merchandise Mart, Chicago. Sponsored by Contract Magazine for the 22nd year, the award competition pitted Karndean against 13 competitors in the resilient flooring category. In all, 50 jurors reviewed 350 new products in the competition.
“The LooseLay product is something our markets have been asking for,” commented Michael Lang, Senior Marketing Manager for Karndean Designflooring. “We are pleased to respond with this new, innovative non-click floating floor system that assembles quickly and easily, and provides our customers with exceptional appearance and outstanding durability they have come to expect from Karndean.”

About LooseLay Flooring From Karndean

Suited to both residential and commercial applications, LooseLay is the latest addition to Karndean Designflooring’s line of resilient flooring products. Available in 6 plank colors selected from Karndean’s award winning Van Gogh range, LooseLay features an innovative backing system that eliminates the need for glue or click-locking and allows the weight of the flooring system to secure the floor in place on the substrate below.

Since LooseLay floors are engineered to lay flat, there is no need for rolling during or after installation. In addition, the design of the flooring system simplifies repairs — if a plank is damaged, a new section of LooseLay can be easily dropped into place. LooseLay flooring is also 100% recyclable.
