Available in a striking and contemporary 610mm x 457mm floor tile with 0.5mm wear layer, Ferra adds real impact to commercial spaces. Although inspired by a classic slate look, Ferra has an almost metallic like finish, with its steely charcoal base and hints of copper and silver tones.

The Opus LVT Range 

Opus flooring was introduced in 2011 as a large wood plank and large floor tile range for the commercial sector, lending itself to faster installation times and coverage of large floor areas. This contemporary range is provided with a wear layer of 0.5mm and thickness of 2.5mm. Stone effect floor tiles have smooth surfaces and wood effect planks are either smooth or lightly textured.

Commercial Cleaning and Maintenance


Karndean Designflooring is easy and cost effective to clean and maintain. Regular mopping using 100% biodegradable surfactants is all that’s required to keep surfaces free of dirt and grime.


LVT is resistant to non-corrosive liquids and staining and resists moisture and temperature variations, resulting in no shrinkage, expanding or curling. Karndean’s grout effect design strips don’t discolour, unlike ceramic tile grout.


Should any part of the floor become damaged, the individual tile and plank format facilitates quick replacement of individual damaged tiles and wood planks.
