Available in a large rectangular shape and modern look of sealed concrete, Karndean LooseLay Colorado stone floor tiles are ideal for installation over most existing hard floors with little or no need for adhesives, meaning reduced installation cost.
Supplied in 610mm x 500mm tiles with a .55mm wear layer, LooseLay is perfect for retail flooring and raised access floors.
Karndean's LooseLay products are suitable for multi-rise developments, as well as retail spaces, temporary areas such as feature displays and exhibitions and healthcare and hospitality sectors where access to underfloor services is required.
Karndean's LooseLay range includes six varied wood look planks and four stone look tiles, each with a 0.5mm wear layer and 4.5mm thickness.
Karndean Designflooring is easy and cost effective to clean and maintain. Regular mopping using 100% biodegradable surfactants is all that’s required to keep surfaces free of dirt and grime.
LVT is resistant to non-corrosive liquids and staining and resists moisture and temperature variations, resulting in no shrinkage, expanding or curling. Karndean’s grout effect design strips don’t discolour, unlike ceramic tile grout.
Should any part of the floor become damaged, the individual tile and plank format facilitates quick replacement of individual damaged tiles and wood planks.
