Our Knight Tile collection has been handcrafted and combined with cutting-edge technology, resulting in a selection of beautiful yet practical floors that will meet any project’s requirements. The versatility and accessibility of this range lends itself particularly well to the community living and traditional housebuild sector; use any of standard plank, herringbone or chevron plank designs, or create something completely unique by combining bespoke shapes or different laying patterns.

Offering a 10-year commercial guarantee, our Knight Tile collection has been enhanced with K-Guard+ protective surface treatment, to provide a surface that is durable and hygienic. Use our in-house cutting service to incorporate a logo, motif, or an additional design element to enhance your flooring pattern.

Add design strips to enhance the design of the floor. Choose from a wide range of tones and textures, available in 3, 5 and 10mm widths. Design and feature strips that can be combined with this floor are shown below. Strips can also be requested as samples. To order a sample, simply click 'Add To Basket' next to the strip you like.

Karndean Designflooring is easy and cost effective to clean and maintain. Regular mopping using 100% biodegradable surfactants is all that’s required to keep surfaces free of dirt and grime.

LVT is resistant to non-corrosive liquids and staining and resists moisture and temperature variations, resulting in no shrinkage, expanding or curling. Karndean’s grout effect design strips don’t discolour, unlike ceramic tile grout.

Should any part of the floor become damaged, the individual tile and plank format facilitates quick replacement of individual damaged tiles and wood planks.

Square Tile Floor Designs

For a clean and contemporary look, square tiles can be laid on their own for a simple backdrop to a commercial space. A pale decorative strip can be added in between tiles for a realistic grout effect.
