Karndean Designflooring goes for gold at MOMA Awards 2014

We’re delighted to announce our Augmented Reality (AR) app for iPhone and iPad has been selected as a finalist in this year’s Marketing on Mobile Awards (MOMA). 

Organised by respected digital marketing magazine The Drum, our AR app is in the running for the highly competitive ‘Best Use of 3D/Augmented Reality’ accolade alongside Tesco Discover App and BBC’s Tree Fu Tom 3D Adventures.

“We’re thrilled to be a contender in such a prestigious awards programme and have our AR app recognised in such a highly sought after category,” commented Heather Horton, head of digital at Karndean Designflooring.

She said: It has successfully changed the way our customer base select and specify our floors. By giving users the freedom to explore our product portfolio in their space in real time, we have been able to engage our customers in the comfort of their own surroundings and ultimately, make the buying process much more interactive.

The winners will be announced at the MOMA Awards 2014 on 21st May at Emirates Stadium, London.
