When deciding on a new floor, you're bound to have a few questions along the way. Product samples are a great way to get an idea of how your favorites on screen will look in your home and allow you to feel the product’s unique texture.
How do I order a free Karndean Designflooring swatch sample?
- Head to any Karndean Designflooring product page on our site
- Click on any product images you like the look of to view more info
- Under 'Order Sample' select '+ Free Swatch Sample'
- You will see your Cart update (top right of your screen) - you can request a maximum of 6 free swatch samples
- Once you’re happy you have all your samples in your Cart, click the 'Cart' button in the header bar to proceed to Checkout
- Fill in your Delivery Details and your samples will arrive at your door within 7-10 business days
How to Add a Brochure
- Visit Our Downloads page
- Browse through our brochures and either view online, download the PDF or select 'Request A Copy' to get a printed version in the mail
- Selecting ‘Request A Copy’ automatically updates your shopping cart
- Click the 'Cart' text to proceed to Checkout
Checkout Process
- You can add brochures to your basket at Checkout using the ‘Request A Copy’ button underneath your list of samples and click ‘Continue'
- Fill out all of your Delivery Details and press 'Continue To Checkout'
- You will receive an email confirming the products and brochures have been ordered
